Analogue and digital operations management support

The TCRH Mosbach offers its own events or seminars for operational command support systems with various partners. Web-based crisis communication and operational management support for civil protection, disaster control, fire departments, aid organizations and authorities/organizations with security tasks (BOS) as well as companies with their own emergency response are being used more and more. The TCRH has been offering training opportunities for analog and digital products as well as special staff training for several years. In addition to the “classic” basic training, update and advanced training as well as training courses - consisting of theory and practical units - are also carried out, especially for software products. Software-supported management systems are used to support management, whether for
  • large-scale disasters/major damage events,
  • from small to medium to large fires,
  • mass casualty attacks,
  • medical and/or care services coverage,
  • Operation of refugee accommodation with appropriate identification,
  • On/Offslack control,
  • evacuations,
  • evictions,
  • flood operations,
  • etc.

Sophisticated systems enable this
  • communication between different levels and roles,
  • joint management of situation maps across organizations and levels,
  • geo-referenced situation images and videos from apps,
  • Exchange of data with control centers,
  • Guide according to DV100/DV102,
  • automated deployment diaries
and much more. But it is advisable to attend good and competent instruction from certified trainers.
