Prevention against Corona and Sars

As an education and training center for emergency services, the TCRH Mosbach implements active and passive precautionary measures to protect participants, trainers, guests, visitors and employees.

Hygiene / pandemic concept at TCRH Mosbach as of April 19.04.2021, XNUMX

All organizational and technical measures introduced at TCRH Mosbach are recorded in a hygiene concept. This covers the areas

  • accommodation
  • Gastronomy
  • Training company
  • Training facilities

The concept will be made available to visitors to the facility before access to the facility. It is to be understood as supplementary to our other information (risk analysis, operational description, house rules and general terms and conditions).

All documents are available online at Service in the field of Downloads available and contain the currently valid detailed regulations.

It is expressly pointed out that the documents provided there are to be understood as supplementary to organization and specialist service-specific risk analyzes of our visitors.

Appointment of a hygiene officer

The development, implementation and monitoring of a pandemic and hygiene concept must be controlled centrally by one person. For this purpose, the TCRH has defined a “pandemic hygiene officer”. If you have any questions or need further information, please contact us at our Contact details is available for storage, management and analysis.

Raising awareness among employees, trainers and business partners

The hygiene and pandemic concept was taught as part of basic training and is taught to employees, trainers and business partners in regular refresher training courses. Current developments in science/research and application are taken into account.

Education and information

Stickers, notices and posters are used to constantly raise awareness in all central locations and traffic areas.

Cleaning cycles

Overall, the cleaning and cleaning cycles have been significantly increased. In particular, contact points such as door handles, operating devices in social rooms, etc. are disinfected several times a day depending on the number of visitors. The corresponding measures are implemented both by our own employees and by contracted external companies.

Automatic monitoring of body temperature

Via an automatic System from Ixet The body temperature of every passer-by is measured in the TCRH casino/seminar building and displayed on a monitor. Measurement results that indicate a fever are reported visually and acoustically. Further information about the system is available online at the solution provider published.

accommodation

Double rooms are only given to family members. If possible, different groups of guests will be accommodated in different buildings or floors. This avoids unnecessary contact in communal, social and sanitary areas.

A mask must be worn in all buildings outside of your own room.

Gastronomy

General:

All dining areas are accessible via “one-way street regulations”. The rooms are well ventilated and organizational and technical measures prevent people from sitting directly opposite each other.

The introduction of different time slots for breakfast, lunch and dinner avoids unnecessary encounters on the one hand and mixing of individual groups on the other.

Wearing masks is required in all indoor spaces except when eating.

Training rooms

Organizationally it is determined how many people can be in a seminar room at the same time. The arrangement of the tables and training equipment is adapted to the situation so that a minimum distance between the people present is always guaranteed.

The entrances to the seminar rooms are equipped with disinfectant dispensers.

Different seminar rooms are also assigned different sanitary facilities to avoid encounters between different groups.

Wearing masks is required during class.

Toilets

Masks are required in toilet/hygiene rooms

Training sites and practice scenarios

Through our hygiene concept, we recommend basic measures to our training guests and exercise participants to avoid the risk of infection, especially in confined spaces/exercise objects.

Every organization or every specialist service is requested by the professional association and accident insurance funds to prepare and implement risks from pandemic situations for their own training and operational operations as part of their own risk analysis. However, for activities in the TCRH, at least the requirements of the TCRH hygiene concept must be met.

Wearing masks is mandatory in closed rooms.

Medical education

There is an additional concept for conducting medical training in order to comply with the requirements of the DGUV and BG. This one is on ours Service pages under Downloads available.

With the current Corona regulation of the state of Baden-Württemberg, valid from March 08.03.2021th, 28.03.2021 to March 19th, XNUMX, first aid courses are permitted again under certain conditions. Wording: “…conducting first aid courses upon presentation of proof of a daily negative COVID-XNUMX rapid or self-test from the participants…”.

Corona rapid tests

At the TCRH Mosbach it is possible to carry out a rapid test on site with trained staff. We use tests that use a saliva sample, so no nose or throat swab is necessary. A fee of 10 euros must be paid for this. Private self-tests are not permitted. This also applies to people who have already been vaccinated.

Contact tracking

In the event of an acute illness in the TCRH Mosbach or if an infection or illness subsequently becomes known, the TCRH must be able to trace the contacts of the infected/ill person to the authorities.

For this purpose, every visitor to the facility is required to provide a registration form. This one is on ours Service pages in the field of Downloads available.

Health declaration

A corresponding form is provided for guests for health declarations. A guest can use this to check their health status in the form of a checklist.
