With a specialist conference entitled “Crises and Communication” on September 30th and October 1st, the TCRH Training Center Rescue and Help Mosbach and Ruatti Systems want to make emergency services from all authorities and organizations with security tasks fit for special threat situations and disaster operations.

It is a day by practitioners for practitioners that awaits participants at the “Crises and Communication” conference on September 30th. The joint event by the TCRH Training Center Rescue and Help Mosbach and Ruatti Systems GmbH is aimed at emergency services and management staff from emergency services and humanitarian aid organizations as well as authorities with a diverse range of workshops and seminars. For this purpose, well-known speakers, including nationally and internationally experienced emergency services from home and abroad, were recruited.

“What threats are facing us and what must or can we do to prepare for them?” – this question is initially addressed in a keynote speech at the opening, before the conference participants meet in depth with the Ruatti “Commander”, a professional Deployment and training system for fire brigade, rescue and medical services.

The cooperation between fire departments and aid organizations at the scene, potential dangers and possible solutions for aid organizations in conflict areas, but also the use of spontaneous helpers in civil protection will be discussed in various workshops afterwards. The conference program also includes topics such as drones in use, leading and directing under high psychological stress, and dealing with social media and the press in major disaster situations. Practical exercises and demonstrations in the field under real conditions round off the event.

Immediately following the specialist conference, there will be high-level staff training from 18 p.m. until Sunday with the “Commander” leadership system and well-known, experienced trainers, such as Richard Feischl, himself district commander of the fire department in Lower Austria and head of the fire department's state operations staff, and colonel Dr. Hans-Walter Borries from FIRMITAS, Institute for Economic and Security Studies.

Participation on Saturday is free of charge; certificates will be issued for participants in the various offers.

On October 1st from 9 a.m. to 15 p.m. there will be a paid high-level staff training session with the “Commander” in a real scenario. Requirements are knowledge of the DV100, appropriate qualifications from platoon leader upwards or active work in an operations management team. Bring your knowledge and experience and experience exciting, unforgettable staff training at its best! Participation in the high-level staff training is subject to a fee. Attention: The number of participants is limited. Overnight accommodation can be booked directly on site at the TCRH Mosbach.

Rhein-Neckar-Zeitung: A remarkable facility is being built in the former Neckartal barracks: the “Rescue and Help Training Center”.

The Americans know how to package things effectively: “Disaster City” is the name of a huge area in Texas where people train between ruins, in wrecks or under huge amounts of rubble on how to provide help in an emergency and save lives. A very similar training facility is currently being built on the Hardberg in Neckarelz.”
