Fighting ASF

The TCRH trains carcass search teams on behalf of the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Rural Areas, Food and Consumer Protection and makes these teams available to animal disease control authorities for the search for fallen game. Affected districts are provided with a comprehensive assistance system for the search for pig carcasses.

Volunteers can do this training at the TCRH with their employers educational time apply for.

Tender for training ASF cadaver search teams

Interested parties who would like to have themselves and their dog trained as an ASF cadaver search team can download the following tender form, fill it out and send it signed to the TCRH.

The training dates will be communicated to the applicants separately and individual participation will then be agreed.


Information event for dog handlers

Online information events are offered at regular intervals for dog handlers who have already applied to take part or who are interested in training as a carcass search team.

Half-day sighting events are offered for dog handlers who have applied. TCRH invites applicants to the screening events via email.

Spotted search teams are invited to training weekends or full-time training weeks. Invitations to screened applicants will be sent by email.

Examination regulations ASP of the TCRH Mosbach

Below are the currently valid examination regulations for cadaver search teams of the TCRH Training Center Rescue and Help. The PO was developed together with the Hunting Dog Association (JGHV) and the BRH Federal Association of Rescue Dogs e.V.


Veterinarians' Day on October 20.10.2023, XNUMX

Face-to-face and online events are regularly offered for officials from veterinary offices/authorities combating animal diseases, which are supported by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Rural Areas, Nutrition and Consumer Protection, the ASP competence team of the game research center of the Baden-Württemberg Agricultural Center and BW Forestry.
Here, all aspects of the training, but also in particular the use of carcass search teams and the cooperation with the authorities combating animal diseases, are described in a practical way.

We would like to invite all veterinary offices to participate.
