At lectures and at various stations, our competent trainers show and explain everything about cadaver experiments to combat African swine fever (ASF) with dogs and drones.

Please make sure you wear clothing and footwear appropriate for the weather. Dogs can be brought along.

    How are the cadaver testing teams selected, what should the dog be able to do and how does it work with the wild boar smell?
    If possible, you can also test this with your own dog.

    How do you teach your dog to indicate the smell of dead wild boar and which display format suits which dog?
  3. Station: Requirements for an ASP cadaver testing team
    What performance levels are there? What does the dog have to be able to do? What does the dog handler have to be able to do in order to be an operational cadaver testing team with his dog?
  4. Station: Cadaver experiments with drones
    How long can dead wild boars be visible from the air with the thermal imaging camera in which terrain and what technical requirements are there for the copter and camera?
