Staff work: basics and high-level training

The TCRH Mosbach offers various forms of staff training in collaboration with CrisCom Solutions GmbH, among others:

  • simulation game exercises,
  • HIGH-LEVEL staff training for well-rehearsed administrative-organizational management staff and operational-tactical technical operations management (TEL),
  • special scenarios for staff work according to FwDV100 or
  • for the police command staff according to PDV100.

A wide variety of scenarios can be played - regardless of the management level - and our special training courses on the topics

  • amok and terror,
  • CRITICISM – Failure of critical infrastructures,
  • CBRN layers as well
  • Pandemic/epidemic situations

are now in great demand.

There is also increasing demand for training courses for companies that want to review their crisis management or put this to the test as part of business continuity management (BCM).

All training courses take place either at the TCRH Mosbach or at your location in the authority, company or event location. In all cases, the scenarios are individually tailored to you.

Analogue and digital: Fit for emergencies

There are different options for training:

  1. very classic: work with the 4-fold form,
  2. work with the provided PC technology and the Commander or management system
  3. work on their own management software from other manufacturers.

All variants use an IT training control system that outputs the messages in a timely manner as realistically as possible on various media, for example on

  • different printers,
  • by email ,
  • via telephone call via the training manager
  • etc.

Realistic training is important

Realism is very important to us anyway: Gone are the days when you just stand together around a simulation board. With a large model landscape for training scenarios and a video transmission directly to the staff room - either in the TCRH Mosbach or to the staff room of your agency or company - we create an operational atmosphere that comes close to reality.

Optimization through precise exercise evaluation

After each training section, the system provides a precise analysis of the exercise performance, e.g. with statistics about the average reaction times of the participants involved, problem processes. In this way, staff and operations management structures can be optimized if necessary.

Webinars and interactive exercises

Another special feature of our staff training offerings will be implemented over the course of the year - a mix of a webinar and an interactive exercise, where participants can participate not only on site in Mosbach and in the responsible staff, but also from “outside”.

Experienced trainers, such as Richard Feischl, district commander of the Lower Austria fire department and head of the fire department's state operations staff, Dr. Hans-Walter Borries from FIRMITAS, Institute for Economic and Security Studies or Klaus Lino Ruatti, product manager and head of development as well as a long-time firefighter ensure an exciting training process!

Services and prices

The price per person for a 1-day training is €350, for a 1,5-day training is €590 and for the 2,5-day high-level staff training is €1.100 (each plus VAT).

In addition to training with experienced trainers and theory repetitions (if necessary with a work script), the price includes an overnight stay (for 1,5-/2,5-day seminars) in a single or double room, full board (breakfast/snack). / lunch / coffee and cake / dinner and conference drinks) and a cozy barbecue evening (for seminars lasting 1,5 days or more).
